Project Manager / Project Engineer

CHARGE+ is a leading integrated EV charging solutions provider in Southeast Asia, committed to accelerating electric mobility through innovative technology and reliable charging infrastructure.

As we continue to expand our EV charging network, we are looking for motivated and talented Project Managers / Project Engineers to join our team in Vietnam and contribute to the development of sustainable transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

• Site Assessment & Technical Coordination: Conduct site surveys, evaluate technical requirements, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.

• Project Management: Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Installation & Commissioning: Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of EV charging equipment.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, clients, partners, and local authorities to resolve project issues.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project progress reports, technical documents, and other required records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in project management, engineering, construction, M&E, or electrical infrastructure is preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project coordination.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-growing industry.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Familiarity with EV charging systems, renewable energy, or electrical installation standards is a plus.
